Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any issues with the items. In order to process a return please get in touch with us via our website chat, Facebook or Whatsapp. You might have to post the item back to us so that we can investigate the issues that have caused the damages or wrongly delivered products.
Refunds Process:
We will notify you once we’ve received your return and have completed our inspections. We will notify you if the returned items are eligible for a refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase. We do not accept any claims after 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the items must be unused and in the same condition as supplied. It must also be in the original packaging.
